Slip the white, 23" sticks into plastic holders to stand balloons upright without helium. Knot balloons, slip the knot through the plastic balloon holders' slits, and fit them over balloon sticks. To use our balloon closures, twist the inflated balloon's neck, and slip on the plastic closure for a quick, tight seal.
